Preventive Maintenance
To maintain the accuracy of work and the safety of the devices' work, the company provides preventive maintenance service to all agencies on a regular basis, according to a specific time plan, under a free two-year guarantee, in which the devices are calibrated and to ensure the correctness of their work.
Maintenance Contracts
All agencies have a guarantee period, which includes preventive and emergency visits, and upon the end of the warranty period, the company provides the service of annual maintenance contracts, with nominal amounts in which the procedures and maintenance in force are returned to the warranty period.
Emergency Maintenance
throughout the warranty period, and after that we provide you with emergency maintenance service in the event of a problem or failure of one of our devices, and for a period not exceeding 48 hours.
Paid maintenance
In the event that the warranty period ends, the device comes out of warranty and the maintenance contract is not renewed, the company provides a paid maintenance service to solve the existing problem, if any.
